FEMMEBIT x Supercollider Gallery present In Medias Res: Expanded, an exhibition of artworks by Los Angeles-adjacent, feminist and post-cyberfeminist artists who reimagine celluloid-based media for the decentralized realm of Life 3.0.

This exhibition is curated by digital artists Kate Parsons and Janna Avner.

 

JET PASCUA: Arrears on Arrival, is the Filipino-Norwegian’s solo exhibition of key pieces selected from three decades of an artistic practice that mines the depths of life forged by the promises seized and the deceits endured in that unmappable country called Diaspora. To be installed at a time when displacement is at an unprecedented intensity the world over, this exhibition channels the larger questions about political histories that condition forced migration through the specificity of the history of his country of origin, the Philippines.

 

Liminal Level: an immersive hallway experience featuring a new site-specific installation by artist Darel Carey.

Darel Carey is a visual artist focusing on optical perception. He graduated from Otis College of Art and Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 2016. His Optical Art (Op Art) includes immersive tape installations, painted murals, and digital art.  The demand for his crowd-pleasing work has been in demand in recent years, with installations at art institutions around the world and featured in major commercial ad campaigns.

Darel’s previous hallway installations for TAM include DIMENSIONALIZATION (2018-2019) and COALESCENCE (2019-2024).
